The Portland Bureau of Transportation reports traffic on NE 14th Street has mostly cleared following the protest, and several of the planned protests are scheduled to be in the morning, including a march. The bureau did not say how many marchers were involved in those demonstrations.
At 10:26 a.m., an Uber driver reportedly blocked traffic from heading into downtown Portland at the intersection of NE 14th Street and Willamette Avenue for hours.

The FBI said at about 5:20 a.m. that they believe there was a shooting on a Portland street. No further details were available. No arrests have been made.
