

What’s that coming over the hill? Is it a monster? NO! It’s f****** Christmas decorations everywhere even though it’s not December! Now that I’ve got that out of my system, the arrival of November means its time for another batch of free PlayStation Plus Essential games to drop. All of these will be available to add to your library from 4th November.
First up, we have Stray, the excellent cat adventure game set in a strange post-apocalyptic world where humans are all gone and all that’s left are robots. Go check out my review for it over here.
But basically, expect cuteness. And plenty of fun platforming action. But mostly cuteness.
EA Sports WRC 24 is up next and it holds an important place in history, as it marks the final rally game storied developers Codemasters will ever make. It does exactly what is says on the mud-spattered can; slide around corners and avoid trees at insane speeds while attempting to digest the pace notes your co-driver is spewing at you, all while holding for dear life.
Finally, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator rounds out this month’s offering, asking one of the most important questions: who wins in a fight between some hobbits and a literal God?
