While
Microsoft
and
MachineGames
have
yet
to
release
any
official
figures,
it
seems
Indiana
Jones
&
The
Great
Circle
did
well
enough
to
warrant
more
games.
According
to
the
fairly
reliable
Jez
Corden
of
Windows
Central,
Disney
“picked
up
the
phone
and
wants
more
Indiana
Jones.”
Corden
was
speaking
on
the
new
episode
of
his
podcast
and
didn’t
elaborate
further
on
whether
Disney
is
seeking
more
Indiana
Jones
games
in
general
or
specifically
wants
MachineGames
to
work
on
them.
This
would
fit
in
with
what
we
heard
prior
to
Christmas
when
Daniel
Richtman,
who
mostly
deals
with
the
movie
industry,
commented
more
Indiana
Jones
games
being
likely.
Jez
Corden
seemingly
confirmed
this
at
the
time.
So
far
it
has
proven
difficult
to
gauge
the
game’s
overall
success.
It’s
Steam
numbers
were
very
low,
but
analyst
Mat
Piscatella
also
revealed
that
Indiana
Jones
and
the
Great
Circle
managed
to
rank
as
the
2nd
best-selling
videogame
for
the
week
ending
December
14
in
terms
of
US
dollar
sales.
That’s
impressive
considering
it’s
available
on
Game
Pass
and
sold
very
little
on
PC.
And
the
game
certainly
did
well
critically.
OpenCritic
currently
lists
it
as
having
an
average
score
of
87.
Now
for
God’s
sake
Microsoft,
just
give
us
some
sales
data
and
player
numbers,
you
bloody
numptys.
Or
are
you
going
to
wait
until
it
launches
on
PS5?
