If

because
My
Name
is
Mayo
cemented
itself
a
place
in
the
trophy
hunting
history
books.
The
cheap
game
was
at
the
forefront
of
games
offering
extremely
easy
Platinum
Trophies
for
cheap,
tasking
you
with
doing
little
more
than
tapping
on
a
jar
of
mayo.

Hilariously,
someone
has
already
put
up
a
trophy
guide
for
it,
and
it’s
less
than
2
minutes
long.

Despite
this,
there
is
actually
more
to
the
game
that
modern-day
Platinum
tat,
with
many
players
saying
that
it’s
also
a
genuinely
funny
game
in
its
own
right.
There’s
even
a
little
bit
of
story
in
the
game.
Emphasis
on
“little”.

My
Name
is
Mayo
owes
its
popularity
and
its
place
on
many
trophy
hunters
list’s
to
a
variety
of
reasons.
It
began
becoming
popular
simply
as
a
way
to
boost
player’s
Platinum
counts,
but
then
took
on
a
life
of
its
own.
Many
people
played
it
to
laugh
at
it,
others
started
playing
it
because
of
trophy
hunters
getting
upset
about
its
existence
and
how
they
perceived
it
to
damage
the
value
of
Platinum
Trophies.

These
day
it’s
just
as
divisive
as
any
of
the
modern
easy
Platinum
games.
Some
people
have
it
on
their
list
as
a
badge
of
honour,
arguing
that
it
has
earned
its
place
in
trophy
hunting
history,
while
others
won’t
touch
it.
