AskPlayStation

that
the

down,
saying,
“We

ORIGINAL
STORY:
The
PlayStation
Network
is
currently
experiencing
what
seems
to
be
a
worldwide
outage.
The
official
PlayStation
Service
Status
website
currently
shows
red
lights
across
the
board.
Whatever
the
issue
is,
it
seems
to
be
effecting
every
aspect
of
the
network.
However,
it
doesn’t
appear
to
be
hitting
every
single
player
as
many
people
are
commenting
on
various
platforms
that
they
can
still
log
in
and
play,
while
others
are
left
unable
to
do
anything
at
all.
Here
in
the
UK
I’m
watching
WWE
Smackdow
on
Netflix
on
my
PS5,
so
I
seem
to
be
one
of
the
lucky
sods.
PlayStation
Japan
is
seemingly
the
first
official
Sony
source
outside
the
service
status
checker
to
confirm
the
problem.
They
have
asked
people
to
remain
patient
as
they
look
into
whatever
is
causing
the
issue.
Hopefully
this
won’t
be
as
bad
as
that
time
the
entire
PlayStation
Network
went
down
for
23
days
in
2011.
Crazy
times,
those
were.
