Set
in
the
days
leading
up
to
the
catastrophic
Puppet
Frenzy,

Overture

transports
players
back
to
a
hauntingly
reimagined
Krat.
The
DLC
offers
15–20
hours
of
new
content,
introducing
diverse
environments
such
as
Carnival
Gardens,
an
abandoned
zoo,
and
a
frozen
shipyard
.
Players
will
face
a
host
of
new
enemies,
including
infected
apes,
zombie
dogs,
and
a
formidable
giant
crocodile
boss
.

Combat
enhancements
include
two
new
Legion
Arms:
one
that
fires
spinning
saws
and
another
that
discharges
shotgun
shells,
adding
fresh
dynamics
to
battles
.
Additionally,
a
free
update
accompanying
the
DLC
introduces
new
difficulty
settings—“Butterfly’s
Guidance”
and
“Awakened
Puppet”—to
make
the
game
more
accessible,

with

boss
rush
mode
named

March”
